Description

Samex contains melatonin, a natural hormone produced by the epiphysis (pineal gland) that is structurally related to serotonin. It is critical for controlling circadian rhythm and synchronizing the light-dark cycle.

S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe) is a naturally occurring ubiquitous amino acid. It intervenes in important biological processes, critical in the formation of neurotransmitters in the central nervous system including serotonin, melatonin, histamine, and the catecholamines (dopamine, norepinephrine, adrenaline).

It contributes to a reduction in the time required to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime (melatonin)1
Method of use: it is recommended to take 1 tablet daily to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
